How long is the pop-up shop open?

The pop-up shop will be open from Friday, May 9th to Sunday, May 18th at midnight.

What happens after I place my order?

We will be collecting all orders before placing a bulk or with the factory. Once the pop-up shop closes at midnight on May 18th, we will collect all of the data, produce the items and ship your order based on the delivery method of your choosing during checkout.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders typically are received 5 to 6 weeks after the pop-up shop closes. If you select to have the order shipped to your individual home address, it will deliver towards the end of June.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Image Source is hosting this store. Image Source Inc. will show as the merchant on your credit card statement with your order number.

What if my apparel doesn't fit, can I return it?

Unfortunately, no. These are made to order so please check the sizing guide in the swag store before placing your order.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Email uwallenschoolswag@imagesourceteam.com to determine if your shirt has been packaged to be sent. If it has not been packaged, you may change your shirt size.

What if I have product suggestions for the next pop-up shop?

Products change based on your feedback. Your participation in this pop-up and feedback about items offered will help us best direct future efforts to tailor and improve offerings to meet the Allen School’s varied needs.
