How long is the pop-up shop open?

The pop-up shop is open from Monday, November 17th through Monday, December 1st at 11:59PM PST. All purchases must be made in this time period.

What happens after I place my order?

Once the pop-up shop closes on Dec 1st , we will collect all of the data, produce the items and ship your order based on the delivery method of your choosing during checkout.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Image Source is hosting this store. Image Source Inc. will show as the merchant on your credit card statement with your order number.

What is your return and exchange policy? What if my apparel doesn’t fit, can I return or exchange it?

Since all items featured on the storefront are custom-made to order with the department logo, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please review the product details and sizing information on each product page before completing your purchase.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Please double check your orders before placing them. Email uwallenschoolswag@imagesourceteam.com to determine if your order can be changed. Once the store closes, we are not able to make any changes to your order.

What if I have product suggestions for the next pop-up shop?

Products change based on your feedback. Your participation in this pop-up and feedback about items offered will help us best direct future efforts to tailor and improve offerings to meet the Allen School’s varied needs.
